Late in the previous year, Toyota provided a glimpse into its upcoming midsize electric SUV through the Urban SUV concept. This vehicle serves as Toyota’s iteration of the Maruti eVX and marks the Japanese automaker’s entry into the electric vehicle (EV) segment in India. Set to launch by March 2025, the Maruti eVX will be accompanied by Toyota’s version, with the production model of the Urban SUV concept anticipated to grace Indian showrooms between September and October 2025.
